Music-blasting, highly choreographed, fast-pace cardio kickboxing class will SHOCK your body with advanced cardio conditioning. This cardio kickboxing class is designed to improve your cardiovascular endurance.  Turbo Kick incorporates athletic drills and intensity intervals for the ultimate cardio workout.
