Our Pop Up Dinners are designed to give our guests an experience they haven’t had before in José. The menu will be crafted with a guest celebrity Chef and Chef Anastacia Quiñones focusing on his or her culinary background to bring you dining entertainment.
Joining us for our first Pop Up dinner is Chef Beatriz Martines formerly of H-Town Restaurant Group where she worked with award winning James Beard Chef Hugo Ortega and Tracy Vaught. In 2013 she worked for Mexican celebrity Chef Aquiles Chávez. One of her biggest achievements is doing her apprenticeship at the El Cellar de Can Roca in Girona, Spain, one of the top 50 restaurants in the world year after year. Born and raised in Guadalajara she will be bringing us a taste of her roots.
ABOUT THE POP UP GUEST CHEF SERIES
No menu will be the same and each paired with cocktails, tequila and/or wine. Each dinner will have a maximum of 32 guests. After your ticket purchase, we will submit a form to our guests for any food allergy specifics. Outside of that dishes are not customizable and are Chef’s choice.
We over complimentary valet. There is also street parking along Lovers Lane.

Although are dinners are chosen by the Chef, we do our best to be respectful of dietary needs. Please fill out your food requirement needs in the ticket form once you click to purchase your ticket.
Due to the exclusivity of this partnership with our guest Chef, we do not offer refunds. We do suggest that if you cannot attend to give your ticket to a friend. If the event is cancelled for unforeseen circumstances, that are out of our control, we will notify you immediately. The event will be rescheduled and you will be notified within 14 business days. Your payment will be transferred to the next event date or a future date that accommodates your schedule.
